Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Expert who has a successful history of selling properties and generating leads through digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to develop and implement strategies that drive online engagement, lead generation, and property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote vacant land properties and generate leads.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and others.
Create compelling content and advertisements tailored to target audiences, aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Utilize SEO best practices to enhance property listings and company website visibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the real estate industry.
Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on real estate sales.
Demonstrable success in generating leads and selling properties through digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Google Analytics, and others.
