We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing/E-commerce Store Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing management of our new online store. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Optimize the user experience to drive conversions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

-Market Research and Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

-Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website analytics, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

-Pricing and Promotion:

Monitor pricing strategies and implement promotions to drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional activities.

-Partnerships and Collaboration:

Explore and cultivate partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with influencers for product reviews and endorsements.

-Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the retail or mattress industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising platforms.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website management tools.
