Job Description

My company is located in the USA, I work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM PST. I would like to find someone to work overlapping hours with my work hours or mostly overlap. When applying please let me know what PST hours you can work.

This is a serious job and we are looking for a long term employee that can be part of our company for years. If you are looking for a quick temporary job do not apply.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

1. You must be intelligent and pay attention to details. To be an asset to our company you need to be able to quickly understand what we are asking you to do and you must not miss out on details. Details are important, it is frustrating when I email instructions and steps are missed. If something doesn’t make sense, do a quick Google search, if that doesn’t clear it up, email me and let me know what was confusing what you think I meant and ask me to confirm. I want a team member who is helpful and takes stress away from me.

2. Years of experience with digital marketing. This includes Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Google Analytics, website tracking, user tracking, able to analyze traffic and recommend where and why to advertise. This include split testing (A/B), writing ad copy, coming up with ideas to try.

3. Graphic Designer experience with the ability to create attractive banner ads, adword ads, facebook ads.

4. ** Not Required but helpful ** Skilled WordPress administrator. We need someone who can fix typos and add pages to our website. We have online forms that may also need editing or testing. I would like to find someone who is interested in learning about our products so they can better understand what we are trying to do instead of me having to be extremely specific and explaining every single detail.

5. ** Not Required but helpful ** Skilled with WooCommerce. We currently use WooCommerce for selling our products on our website. Even though we sell on our website more than 95% of our sales are through our dealers who do not currently order through our website. We want to find someone who can help implement roles and discounts so that our dealers can order through our website.

6. Experienced with Google Analytics. Google Analytics are a great tool in helping figure out the quality of the traffic. You should have experience with using and understanding Google Analytics and its various reports.

7. SEO experience — Since you will be working on our website you should have on-page SEO experience. This way you can help suggest changes that can make our SEO better. We try to stick to using the best Google approved on-page SEO techniques.

8. Creative talent. When I need a new page built it can be similar to our current pages but I don’t want to have to dictate all details, I want someone who will lessen my workload by being able to be creative.

9. Experience with Adobe Indesign is a plus. Many of our documents are InDesign documents, we need someone to help by making quick edits to some of our documents.

10. Assistant — We may not have 40 hours a week of PPC, website work, graphics, etc. so you will need to help out where you can. This can include various types of office tasks. Some that I can think of are: Updating a spreadsheet, preparing reports, organizing files, sending emails, sending reminders, etc. If I don’t have anything for you to work on, you can log off and you will still get paid for the full 8 hours that day.

This is a full time job, even if you finish all the work for the day we still pay the full time pay. You will need to be logged into time tracking software (Hubstaff) that also takes screen shots at random times, this is only used to verify that you are only working on my projects during the work time. I am not using the time tracker to micromanage. I don’t have time to micromanage and I need someone who is self motivated and can figure things out on their own.

We pay 13th Month Bonus if you have been working for us for at least 6 months prior to December.

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
