Position: General VA & Digital marketing Specialist
Part Time Position leading to Full time on performance
AU time zone | Day shift
Immediate Start

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with digital marketing expertise to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a digital marketer the ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organisation’s products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Digital marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Admin Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
