Digital Marketing help

We are looking for an experienced person to help across a variety of digital marketing platforms
1. Must be able to work within 2 hours of AEST regularly
2. You should have good written and spoken English
3. You will be required to work with our existing team including our marketing manager
4. We need help with You tube, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, SEO & PPC
4a. Be able to break up existing YouTube Videos into SM content on other platforms
5. Create and maintain a cross platforms content strategy
6. Must be able to optimize Social Media platforms
7. Create and maintain a content scheduling calendar
8. Create and maintain monthly platform analysis reports
9. Experience with platforms like Hootsuite, Sproutsocial or something else
10. Answer inquiries and messages on all channels in a timely manner
11. Optimize current Social Media accounts
12. Experience in detailed research and reporting would be an advantage
13. Should be able to work independently and solve problems
14. Experience with VidIQ or tubeBuddy
15. Skills in keyword research on Youtube

Must be competent in the following:
1. Ability to post content across multiple SM platforms
2. SM content research
3. SM content planning
4. SM content writing
5. SM reporting
6. Good written and spoken English

Initially the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please use the works “you tube Ninja” in your response. For the interview, you will be required to a Zoom video call.
