The Digital Marketing KARTRA Specialist is a key support position for the company.

Chances are you have experience with SEVERAL CRMs (like Active Campaign, Keap, Kartra, Go High Level, etc.) and feel totally confident managing multiple client’s accounts in Karta.

Big Impact HQ specifically works with 7 Figure Women Speakers, managing their affiliate campaigns and speaking gigs to help them fill their events, programs and retreats. You will be responsible for all the admin, logistics, funnel building and email management with our clients and affiliates.

If you have experience in Customer Service or as an Executive Assistant, plus know Kartra, this position is ideal for you.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position.

This is a long term career opportunity, with 13th month and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. In exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or P/T jobs.

Must be willing to work US hours. You have at least 2 years experience working US hours.

Compensation:

PHP50,000 – 60,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

* Launch Management – setting up email sequences, sending manual emails as needed and being forward facing, replying to time sensitive emails with clients & affiliates
* KARTRA CRM database management, email sequence, provide technical support and troubleshooting
* Managing multiple Client’s Affiliate Programs inside KARTRA’s Affiliate Program
* Tracking stats accurately, running reports and providing stats to Client’s
* Speaking Gig admin management – collecting & submitting logistics and docs- sending bio, headshot, talk title, creating offer links, etc
* Submitting Support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Updating & Scheduling email sequences
*Weekly sweep to make sure all logistics are collected, accurate, links working, etc

The ideal candidate will:

* MUST know KARTRA inside & out – at least 2 years experience with all kinds of CRMS (ex: Active Campaign, InfusionSoft/ Keap, Kartra, Go High Level, etc.)
* MUST understand Affiliate Marketing, online launches and how to manage all it through Karra’s Affiliate Program
* You LOVE tech and know too many tech platforms to list!
* MUST be proficient in Gdrive and G Suite
* You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
* Comfortable forward facing with Clients, replying to questions via email
* You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects at the same time.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented – ability to manage A LOT of details, logistics and moving parts at once and double check your work for accuracy
* Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
* Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
* You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech & automation to save time

Experience with technology & tools:
Too many to list! You LOVE technology and have a big list of platforms
At least 2 years experience with all kinds of CRMS (ex: Active Campaign, InfusionSoft/ Keap, Kartra, Go High Level, etc.)
Experienced with Project Management (ex: Asana, Trello, Monday, Clickup)
Experience with Kartra’s Affiliate Program
Time Doctor (or other time tracking systems)
Gdrive & Gsuite
Slack
