Job Title: Digital Marketing/Lead Generation – Marketing Specialist for a Physical Therapy Clinic

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our clinic, attract new patients, and foster relationships within the community. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your marketing skills in a healthcare setting and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote our physical therapy services and specialties, targeting both potential patients and referring physicians.
– Create compelling content for digital channels, including social media and website to engage our audience and drive patient engagement.
– Produce informative and educational videos showcasing our services, patient success stories, and therapeutic techniques to increase brand visibility and credibility.
– Manage online advertising campaigns to increase clinic visibility and generate leads, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
– Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and partnerships.
– Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
– Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect our services and patient experience.
– Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing or lead generation
Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences.
Proficiency in video production and editing tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in remote work is a plus
– Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
