Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing/LinkedIn Lead Gen Assistant with GoHighLevel experience to help drive our online growth and build a strong brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing Coaching company focused on empowering women into greater leadership. We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing/LinkedIn Lead Gen Assistant to execute our marketing strategy through LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities
3 main areas:
1. Lead Generation through LinkedIn
2. Managing marketing activities through Go High Level
3. Social Media Marketing

LinkedIn Lead Gen
– Develop and execute a LinkedIn Lead Generation campaign based on researched target audience
– Utilise LinkedIn and other relevant tools to identify and engage with potential clients, building a strong network of qualified leads.
– Responding to lead enquiries and take next steps to nurture them into prospects.
– Content Creation and Posting: creating and scheduling regular posts on LinkedIn profile. This could include company updates, blog posts, promotional content, and more to engage the audience and boost visibility.
– Database Management: maintain a database of leads, interactions, and responses for future reference and analysis.
– Performance Reporting: provides regular reports on the performance of the lead generation efforts. This includes metrics such as the number of new connections, leads generated, and conversions.
– LinkedIn Group Participation: increase visibility and generate leads, the VA could actively participate in relevant LinkedIn groups.
– Keep Abreast of LinkedIn Changes: stay updated and adjust the lead generation strategy accordingly.
– Competitor Analysis: monitor and analyse the LinkedIn activities of competitors to find opportunities and gain insights.

Email marketing – through ‘Go High Level’ program

– Experienced in Go High Level platform: Navigate and utilise all the features of Go High Level, including automation, email marketing, funnel creation etc.
– Develop Email Marketing Strategy: Work with the marketing team to formulate a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
– Segment Email Lists: Categorise the email list into distinct segments, such as customer persona, lifecycle stage, or past engagement for targeted communication.
– Create Email Campaigns: Design and set up email campaigns in Go High Level. This involves writing copy, designing the email layout, and configuring automation rules.
– Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly track the performance of email campaigns, generate insightful reports, and provide these findings to the team.
– Manage Email Database: Keep the email list in Go High Level up-to-date, ensuring all contact information is accurate.
– Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Go High Level and email marketing in general, including email deliverability.

Social Media Experience
– Develop Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
– Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
– Create and Publish Content: Develop engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media. – – – – — Schedule and publish this content across various platforms.
– Engage with Followers: Regularly interact with followers, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and popular content. Incorporate relevant trends into the social media strategy.
– Analyse and report on Performance: Track social media analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t. This includes follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, etc and regularly report it to the CEO.
