Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, preferably with expertise in Google Ads, Review Management, and WordPress.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, translating this information into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase ROI and drive qualified traffic.
Oversee review management initiatives, including monitoring online reviews and managing responses to maintain brand reputation.
Create and manage content on WordPress websites, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through their execution and implementation.
Manage and optimize clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring community engagement and feedback.
Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling visual and written content for digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage CRM tasks to support customer relations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the medical industry.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the medical sector
Experience with Google Ads, Review Management, and WordPress
Experience with leading and managing social media marketing campaigns
Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notification and display advertising campaigns
Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools and marketing software
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Flexibility to align with the US time zone (8 AM – 5 PM PST) for work hours
