Key Responsibilities: You’ll work with our team and contractors to generate inbound marketing qualified leads. Your main responsibilities include:

Developing effective lead generation strategies.
Creating and managing digital marketing strategies.
Managing lead funnels and SEO.
Overhauling our website for better performance.
Managing a virtual team and databases.
Running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Overhauling our brand.
Your Objectives: Your role is critical to our future success. In the first year, you should generate enough leads to reach the capacity that we need. Key objectives include:

Generating at least 144 marketing qualified leads.
Marketing our coaching program directly to our target market in the USA & Canada.
Exploring the possibility of creating an AI version of our program for global subscription.
Overcoming challenges in our target market with effective messaging and marketing strategies.
Success in This Role: Your success will be measured by:

Generating at least 12 marketing qualified leads each month.
Building an ‘opt-in’ database with over 20,000 names.
Rebranding the company and key people with better messaging.
Launching the “Accountants Operating System” to create buzz.
Managing our database efficiently.
Innovating in your approach while staying under the allowable lead cost.
Technical Requirements: You should have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Understanding of Direct Response Marketing and AI technologies.
Proficiency in SEO, website analytics, and lead management platforms.
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and CRM systems.
