About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our marketing and art team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage and increase our social presence, lead generation, lead nurturing, and using Google Marketing Software to find trends for improvement.

General Description:
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and target audiences.

Help identify target audiences in collaboration with SEO specialist and management to create targeted content and campaigns.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media (in collaboration with art department), content marketing, and display advertising.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, and incorporate findings into digital marketing initiatives.

Use Hubspot and email marketing lists to keep segmented lists and improve personalization in marketing efforts across the customer journey.

Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, trends, and insights for management review.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console) and Hubspot.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as independently.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Ability to help redirect focus to most urgent/important as necessary.

Comfortable in a faith-centered environment.

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
