Digital Marketing Manager

We Scale Startups is a growth marketing agency working with early-stage startups. We help scale our clients through innovative and thoughtful customer acquisition strategies.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing agency. The preferred candidate will support all digital activities, from paid media to blog writing, ensure all campaigns are well executed and monitored, create and produce content and manage content calendars, and positively contribute to our marketing ambitions.

The role’s responsibilities are highly varied and require a range of skills. We hope the ideal candidate already has experience in one of these areas and is willing to learn some of the others.

Some examples activities include:
– Support the day-to-day setup, management and optimisation of paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook and sometimes on other platforms.
– Performing SEO / Analytics / Google Ad Audits (using our prebuilt inhouse templates)
– Writing blog content for our website
– Creating landing pages for our clients
– Add the word duck in your cover letter
– Attending the occasional meeting with clients to discuss updates
– Creating SEO plans
– Creating organic social media content
– Monitor, track and report on digital marketing activity
– Provide actionable insights into campaign performance
– Email marketing management and execution

The hours for the role are flexible depending on how the work gets done and aside from the occasional meeting.

We’re delighted to provide training, and the wage and increases based on experience & responsibilities. The role is remote; we’ll have a budget for hot desking shortly. Hours are very flexible.
