Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in email marketing, proficiency in SEO strategies, and the ability to create engaging visual content for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to optimize open and click-through rates.
• Monitor email deliverability and performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link-building activities to enhance website performance.
• Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Develop content calendars and strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
• Edit photos and videos to create visually appealing content for social media posts, ads, and website banners.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for various digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in email marketing campaign management and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, or Google Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including technical SEO, schema markup, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, or Mailchimp.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience creating visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and platforms for in-depth campaign analysis and reporting.
