We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a robust background in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry, to join our dynamic team. This role demands a high level of creativity and understanding of digital marketing dynamics to manage various campaigns and content creation efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand and products.
Content Creation:
Lead content creation across multiple formats including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
Manage the repurposing of live video content into engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns using Clavio.
Paid Campaign Management:
Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns, specifically for an e-commerce context, with a focus on fashion labels.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting:
Generate detailed monthly reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Project Management:
Set up and maintain a project management system using tools like Asana or Trello to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Content Scheduling:
Plan and batch create content in two or four-week lots, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality material for deployment.
Flexible Scheduling:
Adapt to intense work periods around new product launches and quieter times, managing time and resources effectively to meet changing demands.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the e-commerce sector, with direct experience in the fashion industry highly preferred.
Expertise in using tools such as OneDrive, Canva, Teams, Klaviyo, and preferred video editing software.
Strong ability to create and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies and content.
Excellent skills in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing.
Demonstrated ability to run and optimise email and paid advertising campaigns.
Capacity to work independently with a high level of initiative and efficiency.
Flexible and adaptable to manage varying workload intensities.
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Software to Be Used:
OneDrive, Canva, Teams, Klaviyo, Trello or Asana, and preferred video editing software.
Timezone: AEST
Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
Rate: $670 AUD per month + 30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
