Your IT Department is an Australian based MSP company, providing cloud-based IT services to small – medium businesses across Australia. We are committed to delivering excellent technical services to our clients and we are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to join our fun and friendly team in a part-time, long-term capacity.

I. Role Description
The role of the Digital Marketing Manager entails devising digital marketing strategies aimed at upholding YITD’s online visibility and driving sales via diverse marketing initiatives.
This position is managed by and reports to the Director (DIR).

II. Responsibilities & Duties
Key Responsibilities and duties are as follows.
– Strategy Planning and Execution – Create and implement overall digital marketing strategies (such campaigns, encompassing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, etc.) of new and existing services.
– Brand Integration: Make sure all internal and external documents, such as contracts and other business materials, follow the new branding guidelines.
– Graphic Design: Design visually appealing internal graphics that successfully convey our brand’s values and message.
– Social Media Integration and Management: Update, optimize, manage, and link all our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram) using Zoho to guarantee a consistent online presence and effective campaign management.
– Website User Experience Optimisation – Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal team members to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
– Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives and assess against goals.

III. Relevant Qualifications
The following qualifications are considered as a minimum requirement for this role.
Tertiary qualification from a recognised college or university in a relevant subject.

IV. Skills & Experience
The following skills & experience are considered as a minimum requirement for this role
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing management or a relevant role with an IT AU/NZ/UK/US/CAN company.
– Familiar with current technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, IT Security, VOIP systems, Cloud-based collaboration & sharing services.
– Proficient in Zoho One suite of applications.
– Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display marketing campaigns.
– Experience working in remote technical support environments.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Demonstrated experience of strategising and executing marketing campaigns in the IT managed services industry.
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
– High level of written & spoken English.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent time management.
– Pro-active, punctual, and self-motivated individual.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
– Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Understanding of technology products and services.

V. Working Hours
This will be a part-time long-term position (Minimum of 20 hours per week) with opportunities for self and career development.
The working hours are flexible within our office hours (8am – 5pm AWST)
