ABOUT THE ROLE:
A privately-held high growth real estate & education company based in Los Angeles, California, is looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager who will manage paid ad campaigns remotely from the Philippines during U.S. business hours.

This is a full-time (40+ hours) remote opportunity to work for a U.S. business that’s experiencing rapid growth. The company is willing to pay a salary premium for top-talent.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
The role reports to a seasoned real estate veteran who runs several real estate businesses in California, including a brokerage that grosses over $25 Million in annual recurring revenue. You will oversee paid media for three separate entities.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you a paid ads wizard? Do you have experience creating advertising campaigns specifically tailored for real estate? We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome team. The ideal candidate will have a robust command of the English language, enjoy crafting effective digital advertising strategies, and possess an unwavering attention to detail to ensure every dollar invested in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads generates ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Design and execute advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Local Services Ads.
– Manage all aspects of ad accounts, including setup, split testing, and ad creation.
– Develop and implement marketing funnels and lead forms, with a solid understanding of tools like ClickFunnels & GoHighLevel.
– Proactively optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data and making data-driven adjustments.
– Regularly report on campaign results to the CEO, providing insights and strategic recommendations to management.
– BONUS: Assists with content creation and/or manages the content creators

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and media buying, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
– Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Local Services Ads.
– Skilled in setting up advertising accounts, conducting split tests, and creating effective ads.
– Proficient in understanding and building marketing funnels and lead forms.
– Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and iterate on them.
– Strong communication skills, capable of presenting campaign results and insights clearly.
– Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
– Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
– BONUS: Creative skills with the ability to produce ad creatives directly or through a network of creatives.
– BONUS: Experience in the real estate industry or high-ticket coaching space is highly advantageous.
– BONUS: Familiarity with project management and CRM systems such as Asana and GoHighLevel.
