Chief Marketing Outsider is an organization that deploys Fractional CMOs to various businesses across both B2B and B2C organizations. We are seeking a digital marketing admin to assist with various clients in the organization.

The Digital Marketing Manager is a key support position on the marketing team. You will be responsible for managing data and reporting across a wide variety of marketing channels for the company, along with providing technical support where needed, to include:
Job responsibilities include:
** Coordination, tactical execution, tracking and day-to-day execution of the marketing strategy and initiatives across various clients
** Maintaining blog content on various websites (includes formatting posts, SEO, inline ad placement, resizing photos, etc)
** Bringing existing or potential marketing projects up to speed when they have been on a back burner due to lack of marketing support – that includes social media, the 2 existing websites, calendar of email posting, and marketing for seasonal launches / special offers
** Performing external SEO using SEMRush to increase blog post rankings on key search terms
** Pulling metrics and handling reporting across the organization
** Managing UTM codes for tracking external linkbacks
** Systematizing currently disconnected aspects of marketing and creating a cohesive process, including writing SOPs
** Tracking monthly KPIs for website, email marketing, and social performance
** Post content across all social (FB, FB group, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube)
** Setting up emails and newsletters in ActiveCampaign
** Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing department such as updating and maintaining databases, client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients
The ideal candidate will:
** Have excellent project management skills
** At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
** At least 2 years of SEO / blog optimization experience
** Advanced experience mapping workflows, processes and timelines that will be mobilized in Trello for execution
** Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, WordPress / Clickfunnels
** Experience with WooCommerce, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Zapier, Everflow, etc. a huge plus.
** Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines, be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (at least 55 wpm+)
** Be familiar with Slack, Trello, Google Drive and Dropbox, LastPass, Zoom, PracticeBetter, Stripe
** Excel in social media like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest.

Salary Range Php 45,000 – 65,000/monthly
