As a Digital Marketing Manager, specializing in Paid Campaigns. you will be the key of our digital success, you will be strategically design suitable budget allocation by employing multi-format and multi-channel campaigns, and analyze performance to optimize results and ROI.

Some of your responsibilities are:

Budget Allocations: Utilize your financial strategies based on our target audience and their needs to allocate budgets effectively across diverse campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Expert Analytics Knowledge: have proven experience in Google GTM, GA, and GA4, using advanced analytics to make strategic decisions.
Be and expert in CPC, CRT, CPA /CPL results.
Marketing Research & Synthesis: Dive deep into marketing research, synthesizing and clustering results into actionable strategies that drive campaign success.
Multi-Format Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative, engaging, and high-converting campaigns by employing various formats and channels including Facebook, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
Performance Analysis: Dive into data like a pro, analyze campaign performance with expert precision and be open to constant changes and improvements for optimal outcomes.
Social Media Ads: publish different type of social media ads that captivate audiences and drive engagement, boosting brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Creative Copywriting: Showcase your outstanding copywriting skills by crafting compelling and conversion-focused ad copy that resonates with our target audience.
Multi-Format Ad Preparation: Showcase your creative prowess by crafting eye-catching, multi-format ads that stand out in the digital landscape.
SEO Creative Copywriting: Make sure to use SEO friendly copy’s, make sure it not only grabs attention but also ranks high on search engines.
Clickbait, design clickbait body text that entices users to click, while delivering solutions to possible challenges our target audience may have.
Benchmarking: Stay up to date in trends and innovations, conducting meticulous benchmarking to keep our campaigns stand out.
Lead Generation Approach: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that turn prospects into loyal customers, leveraging the latest tools in marketing and lead generation ai tools.
Navigate the different and changing algorithms of different platforms, ensuring the campaigns not only comply but stand out within their unique environment.
Strong English- Spanish writing skills required
