We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader to join our growing team in the United States credit and collections industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person must be able to plan, develop, and deploy content across various digital and traditional marketing channels. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick and the best way to reach our target customers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including content development
Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the business and marketing teams
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
Create quarterly and monthly social media analytics reports and generate ideas and suggestions on how to improve reach
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Configure marketing systems to expand our reach and optimize conversions
Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior marketing role and campaign creation
Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and ConstantContact – email marketing skills -(a good to have.)
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Proficiency with Canva, Chat GPT, WordPress, Excel – (is a must), Google Analytics
Google Data Studio – (not required but preferred), and PPC/Google Adwords.
Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
