Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a digital marketing manager to help out with editing and posting content. So raise your hand if you are the creative person we are looking for!

The company we are hiring for does clothing in the outdoor segment. The company has been around for a couple of years already and is looking for someone that wants to partner up in the long run. This is the owners second company in the outdoors niche.
The company has a very flat company structure and culture. You’ll work directly with the owner as he is looking for someone that can extend and enhance his creative process.

In this role you’ll be responsible for editing raw photo and video content as well as advising the owner of the company on what you recommend to create next. You are also able to write properly as email campaigns will also fall under your responsibility.

This position is for someone who has fully emerged themselves in the digital marketing world for a couple of years and is looking for a fixed long term position. Only candidates who include past portfolio examples will be considered.

We need someone who is able to work with partial or full overlap with EST time zone.
The role is full-time.

JOB:
Editing photo and video materials
Content generation for social media, blogs, emails marketing
Reposting
Weekly email broadcast
Tracking and organizing content
Research and follow social media trends to advice the owner
Manage communication around content
Launch new products on Shopify

REQUIREMENTS:
– 3+ years of digital marketing experience
– editing (image+video) and writing capabilities!
– ability to work with email tooling (klaviyo), canva, youtube creator studio and meta business suite
– SUPER organized and able to keep track of their own work
– Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing trends
– Able to read, report and analyze important marketing metrics and make suggestions based on findings
– Proven history of successful social and digital campaigns
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent and timely communication
– Attention to detail
– C2 advanced English
– Partial or full overlap with EST time
