Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Part Time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager for Software Skills, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy, generating brand awareness, and promoting our software skills training offerings to our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and managing digital platforms. You will be also be in charge of working with, following up and managing our external Marketing Agency.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our software training solutions and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and relevant professional networks.
You will “own” and be measured on specific KPIs

Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the software/technology industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, SEO, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, targeting diverse audience segments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
