Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role, so the ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Meta (Facebook), X and Instagram marketing techniques and a passion for storytelling.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to promote our services and client success stories.
Content Creation: Produce engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
Lead Generation: Design and optimise lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients. Analyse and report on the performance of lead generation activities .
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
SEO and SEM: Utilise SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility. Monitor and improve website performance and search engine rankings.
Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs .

Qualifications.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Instagram marketing.

Skills:
Proven expertise in digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies.
Strong content creation skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
Experience using AI for effective messaging.
Video editing experience
Google Ad campaign experience
Web design and website maintenance
