Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead new marketing practices and operations across our businesses. This individual will rely on their extensive experience to make crucial decisions and build a robust marketing department that drives growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
– SEO Management: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
– Google Ads: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads, to maximize ROI and lead generation.
– Email and SMS Marketing: Create and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
– Retargeting Campaigns: Plan and implement retargeting ad campaigns using Google Pixel to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
– Advertising Strategies: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies and content plans that align with business goals and market opportunities.
– Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
– Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
– Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, email and SMS marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
– Experience in the furniture industry.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
– Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
– Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
