We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will need to thrive in a high paced environment and have the ability to join the dots between strategy, data, brand and content to maximize outcomes. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, social media management and Google PPC in addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manager:
-Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
-Manage the overall digital marketing strategy of a company
-Develop strategies and monitor campaign budgets on social media platforms, web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising
-Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
-Identifies trends and insights, and optimises spend and performance based on the insights
-Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
-Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
-Run the day-to-day management of projects and ensure that they are completed successfully
-Use advanced metrics to measure the success of the campaign’s overall performance
Qualifications and Skills for Digital Marketing Manager:
-5 years experience in a similar digital marketing role
-Certifications in Google Adwords and other social media certifications are preferred but not required
-Expert in all things that involve the digital presence of a company from social media to e-commerce
-Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
-Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
-Great problem solving skills
-Deep knowledge social media, best practices and analytics
-Ability to identify long term trends in data
-Great communication skills
-Experience working with a content management system
-Strong project management skills
