Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager (Work from Home Position) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with a Singapore company’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and target audience.

Manage marketing campaigns: Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing (Activecampaign), Facebook ads, Instagram ads, YouTube, and TikTok.

Conduct market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.

Social media management: Develop social media strategies and manage all social media channels, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. (there will be a graphic designer attached to you)

Come up with fresh ideas: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and come up with fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Work under pressure: Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Data-driven and results-oriented: Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.

Job Hours
Monday to Friday 1-10 pm

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.

– Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, YouTube, and TikTok.

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.

– Creative problem-solver with a track record of generating fresh ideas.

– The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

– Experience managing social media channels and developing social media strategies.
