Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Vortex Virtual in the Philippines.
– Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
– Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, virtual assistant industry, and emerging technologies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
– Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages, ensuring user engagement and conversion rates are maximized.
– Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
– Track and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or service industry.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
– Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
– Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and copy for digital channels.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for innovation.
– Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the virtual assistant industry and familiarity with the Philippines market is highly desirable.
