Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Shapely, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence and driving growth. With a focus on a digital marketing approach, you will lead the creation, deployment, and optimization of various digital assets, including for social media content and ads. Your contributions will extend to enhancing product launches, fostering a vibrant online community, and driving engagement across platforms. Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
-Oversee the creation and management of content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
-Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and customer acquisition cost (CAC) across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
-Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
-Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing to expand the company’s reach.
-Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools.
-Experience designing assets including videos, blog posts, email drip campaigns, and ads.
-Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for designing and creating engaging visual content for various digital channels.
-Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google analytics, AB testing, and email marketing best practices.
-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
-Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must have access to high-speed internet and a modern computer.
-Must be fluent in English
