Fork Hospitality, a leading Connecticut based restaurant company, is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to take our online presence to the next level. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our email marketing campaigns, optimizing websites, managing Google AdWords accounts, and driving overall digital marketing strategies for our five restaurants and catering company.

**Responsibilities:**
– **Email Marketing:** Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to keep our loyal customers informed about special events, promotions, and new menu offerings. Optimize email content for maximum impact and customer engagement.

– **Website Management:** Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our Squarespace websites to ensure they provide a seamless and captivating user experience and implement updates to optimize web performance.

– **Google AdWords:** Strategically manage Google AdWords accounts to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our restaurants. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative AdWords strategies.

– **Digital Marketing Strategy:** Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Fork Hospitality’s overall marketing objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

– **Social Media:** Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistency and coherence in our online messaging across various platforms.

– **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using various tools and platforms. Provide regular reports to the management team with actionable recommendations.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms, website management, and Google AdWords.
– A deep understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
– Creative mindset with an eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
