Job Description

**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brands awareness, webstores, customer engagement, and lead generation.

**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and generate leads.
– Manage, maintain, update and keep Developing our sites.
– Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
– Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
– Oversee the company’s social media presence and develop engaging content for various platforms.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, content, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
– Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
– Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is desirable.
