Yugorithm is looking for an experienced and versatile digital marketing manager who has proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute an overall marketing and growth strategy for our internal brands
Manage outbound digital campaigns from sourcing content to reporting analytics
Execute and scale paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google, including AB testing, creative rotation, budget and day-to-day optimizations
Provide regular reporting and insights on a weekly basis
Supervise external contractors
Coordinate site updates – shopify/wordpress – with internal or third party resources
Maintain updated and accurate product listings on all channels
Work with product development team to create new products based on search volumes and market opportunities
Lead the implementation and execution of marketing strategies including graphic design, copywriting, and designing merchandise
Communicate clearly and effectively at all times, including articulating a high-level marketing vision & strategy, establishing and aligning on clear goals, and clarifying and tracking deliverables for all parties.
You will report directly to the leadership team
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU (Skills and Qualifications)
Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of agency or brand experience in data driven field such as performance marketing, DTC, media buying, or lead generation.
Tools: proficient with excel and visualizing data. Comfortable in Klaviyo (or other automation tool) to create drip campaigns and one off campaigns
Project management: You’ve taken a project from start to finish and have experience leveraging other team members to accomplish the goal
Metrics oriented: you understand the best teams measure performance against a goal
