Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Manage content creation, distribution, and promotion to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to increase brand presence, engagement, and followership on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, CSR Teams, Web developers, CRO Specialists and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
