Job Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Sherwood Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients in the medical field. In this dynamic startup environment, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with their business objectives. Your expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and your experience in startup settings will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients’ online presence while contributing to the growth of our agency.
Responsibilities:
* Help us develop processes and strategize with the leadership team on goals that will help us grow our company to better serve our clients.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies for our clients in the medical industry, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
* Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the high-quality execution of campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, translating this information into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns that disrupt the traditional healthcare marketing space.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion in the competitive medical industry.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders, as we constantly iterate and innovate to stay ahead in the market.
* Stay at the forefront of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the medical industry, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance our client’s online presence and establish our startup as a thought leader.
* Manage and optimize clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring community engagement and feedback, leveraging our startup mindset to drive rapid growth and impact.
* Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling visual and written content for digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and challenge the status quo.
* Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in digital marketing operations, implementing tools and workflows to streamline operations and maximize productivity in our fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or relevant industry, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector, showcasing your ability to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry.
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and website optimization, demonstrating your expertise in cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve measurable results in startup settings, highlighting your adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within our startup team.
* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights that drive results and propel our startup forward.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey digital marketing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders, championing our startup’s unique value proposition and disruptive approach to medical marketing.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within deadlines, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required, as we value hands-on experience and a passion for innovative digital marketing in the medical industry.
* Availability to work during the US time zone (8 AM – 5 PM PST) is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and team members.
