Digital Marketing Manager (SMM, SEO, Newsletters, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Sweepstakes, Content, Photoshop, Retargeting, Marketing Persona, Media, etc).

Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Marketing Manager with energy and enthusiasm who is interested in an opportunity to work for a fast-growing and well-established online travel company based in Morristown, NJ USA. They will perform a variety of important marketing, product development and sales tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Asana Project Management. Must have proven experience with Social Media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) management, incl, paid and organic, data analysis skills, strategic thinking, photo editing skills, attention to the details and ability to meet the deadlines.
Experience with the following systems is a plus: Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot, , UsabilityHub, and Google Analytics.

• Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc: Assist with management of social media accounts including setting up new accounts (Blogs, SMM organic & paid, Marketing Plan, competitions, influencers, retargeting)
• Agile Outdoor Advertising (eCommerce Fuel Meeting)
• Adwords Video Content
• Data Analysis: Conduct Competitive Analysis; develop marketing projections and personas based on data and user journey map
• Strategy: Persona Building, Competitive research; Funnel Building, Google Analytics.
• Visual: Images research and editing for Newsletters/Home Page
• Schedule/Calendars: Content and campaign planning, development
• Affiliate Marketing
• Contact List: Maintain contact list with birthdates, and recognize/celebrate birthdays with breakfasts, or cards
• Content: Optimize Swift Search
• Content: Optimize Knowledgebase
• Newsletter: Create and Manage Newsletter list including replies and sales inquiries
• Newsletter: Run Newsletter Stats
• Newsletter: Testing (as necessary)
• Newsletter: Uploading Contacts from Brilliance Weekly
• Offshore Ops: Assist with Offshore Operations as needed
• Office Ops: Plan/Coordinate Meetings and Lunches with Suppliers and Partners
and take detailed minutes
• Private Labels: Prospect and reporting for Private Label Partners
• PR: Research and maintain list of award opportunities in travel, internet, design,
customer service and staffing
• Promotions: Manage Speculative Space with Suppliers and Consortium. Hold,
Audit, Recalls, FIT to Groups
• Promotions: Optimize/Manage Distinctive Voyages, Assist with promotional adds to website (as necessary), Redeem Consumer Promotions, Mail Promotional offers and tickets, manage coupon codes
• Referral: Manage Referral Program
• Sweepstakes: development, implementation, management; data management within the Hubspot
• Load and manage data within systems: Odysseus, Hubspot/ Zendesk
• PR using HARO and other outreach
• Writing, chat GPT & IA tools

Requirements:
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Familiarity with current technologies. Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience with Asana Project Management, Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot, , UsabilityHub.
• BS/MS degree in technology, marketing, or a related field a plus
• Graphic Design Experience (i.e., Photoshop)
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments a plus
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• SEO: Writing for SEO
• Proven experience in managing and growing Social Media Networks
• Min 2 references and past employer contact details for background check
