Digital Marketing Manager (Senior Level) – IMMEDIATE HIRING

Are you an expert in digital marketing campaigns?
We’re looking for someone with intermediate to senior-level skills to join our team and focus on three key areas:
Search Engine Optimisation
Paid Advertisement
Content Strategy
While we currently mainly specialise in custom UX design and web development, we are keen on opening a new Digital Marketing division which you’ll lead. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and shape the new business department. You’ll report directly to the CEO.
SEO planning and execution
PPC analysis, tracking, reporting, and campaign set-up
Meta, Linkedin and Twitter paid advertisments
Google Analytics, Tag Manager and AdWords
Plan, organise and systemise the delivery of the new products and service lines in the new Digital Marketing division of the business.
Strategise, plan & present growth roadmaps to clients while managing the delivery and reporting progress
Run research & discovery sessions, identify gaps and plan pathways to get clients’ results in a commercially viable way
Identify how to streamline processes & automate tasks
Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
Keep up to date and maintain an excellent understanding of current web and digital trends
We require applicants to have at least 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and at least 2+ years in a managerial position. To be successful in this role, you’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and relationships quickly.
You’ll thrive on spending time with clients, discussing objectives and strategy, reporting results, and presenting to prospective or new clients. You should have proven experience in running discovery sessions with clients, where your excellent strategic thinking skills will help craft the perfect roadmap for their success.
