We have been running marketing for our own businesses and are now ready to take on third party clients as a Digital Marketing Agency so we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can manage our team, our current projects and help us build systems and processes to help us operate more efficiently and take on more clients.
You must have the following capabilities:
Ability to post content across multiple SM platforms
SM content research
SM content planning
SM content writing
SM reporting
Good written and spoken english
Knowledge and experience in creating a marketing plan and strategy
Knowledge and experience in executing and managing a marketing strategy
Knowledge and experience in monitoring a marketing campaign and setting KPI’s
Knowledge and experience in managing a digital marketing team
Pay great attention to detail
Have high standards, morals, integrity and most of all be honest.
Be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision once you have been given all the information about the requirements. We will always be there for questions and to provide any support as required but you must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to manage your time accordingly
Be confident in your own capabilities to get the job done in the required timeframes
Able to develop processes and ideas and implement and execute them
You must be willing to do a trial task which we will give you to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience we are looking for.
Initially the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please include the words “marketing expert” in your response.
