The Role:
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead our digital marketing campaigns and strategies, with a keen focus on media buying, to enhance our brand’s presence and drive our marketing goals. You will be at the helm of our digital campaigns, from conception to execution, leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services.
2. Oversee and execute media buying across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook ads, social media, and programmatic advertising.
3. Analyse market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, allocating spending on various platforms to maximise ROI.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creatives, media buyers) to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
7. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Requirements and Skills Needed:
1. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing and media buying, with a solid portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
3. Experience with Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
4. Proficient in analytics tools
5. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
