Job Title: Social Media Content Creator and Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and produce high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to images, videos, graphics, and written copy.
Align content with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
Platform Management:

Manage and maintain the organization’s presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and optimize profiles, pages, and accounts to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions.
Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is in line with overall marketing strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.
Community Engagement:

Foster a sense of community and engagement through social media channels.
Encourage user-generated content and actively engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
Monitor industry conversations and participate in relevant discussions.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify the brand’s social media presence.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a social media content creator and manager.
Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and engagement.
Skills:

Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with the latest trends and features on various social media platforms.
Technical Proficiency:

Competence in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
