Job Description

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving customer engagement through various digital channels. Working directly with the Managing director, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Optimisation:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimise website content for search engines.
Create high-quality and engaging content for website pages, blog posts, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content optimisation.

Social Media Management:

Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Develop and execute social media content to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

PPC Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Content Strategy Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify content gaps and opportunities to reach target audiences across different stages of the buyer’s journey.
Market insights and data analytics are used to refine content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Content Promotion:

Implement promotional tactics such as email marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital PR to amplify content reach and engagement.
Monitor content distribution channels and optimise promotion strategies to maximise reach and impact.

The other stuff:
– Can work independently (This role will require someone who doesn’t require hand-holding.)
– Understand a challenge and develop ways to overcome that challenge
– Experience in SEO, PPC and Social Media
– Excellent written & communication skills. Fluent English required.
– Recognise the most important things to work on at that time.
– Experience in B2B
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
