Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll be a key player in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our dynamic startup in home automation.
Job Description:
1. Platform Management (Social Media & E-Commerce)
– Develop and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
– Create engaging content for social media and keep an eye on trends and conversations.
– Manage our presence on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
2. Content Creation:
– Generate creative content for blogs, newsletters, and the website, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
3. Email Marketing:
– Plan and run email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote product launches.
– Analyze campaign performance and make improvements based on insights.
4. SEO and SEM:
– Work with the team to optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
– Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights based on data.
– Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
and Collaborations:
– Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers and industry partners.
Requirements:
– Must have own Laptop/PC (This is temporary until we establish our office)
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and content creation.
– Familiarity with SEO and SEM.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
– Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.

Things to Remember:
1. You will work as a freelancer until we establish the company this April 2024.
2. You will be a permanent employee once we successfully established the company few months from now and will receive all the government mandatory contributions and benefits.
3. We will switch to a full on-site job once we have our own office, probably on April 2024.
