Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns.
Marketing Technology and Tools:
Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Integrate and troubleshoot marketing tools and systems to streamline processes.
Ensure data integrity and synchronization between marketing systems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders to provide visibility into marketing performance.
Process Optimization:
Develop and document standard operating procedures for digital marketing activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and support team members on best practices and new tools.
Content and Asset Management:
Oversee the creation, storage, and distribution of digital marketing assets.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital content.
Manage content calendars and coordinate the production of marketing materials.
SEO and SEM:
Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor search engine rankings and adjust strategies as needed.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content across social media platforms.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Podcast and Video Production:
Oversee the production of podcasts and YouTube videos from concept to completion.
Edit and produce high-quality audio and video content.
Manage publishing schedules and promote content across digital channels.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget.
Track expenses and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

Qualifications:
