THE ROLE
You’re an effective communicator. Effective communication is essential for a marketing project manager to convey project objectives, expectations, and updates to team members. You need to be able to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly, and foster open dialogue to ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You’re an inspiring leader. You must possess strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster collaboration and teamwork. You should be able to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, while also empowering them to take ownership of their work and contribute to the project’s success.

You’re a problem-solver and a great decision-maker. A skilled project manager should be able to anticipate potential issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure. You should be proactive in problem-solving, resourceful in finding solutions, and capable of prioritizing tasks to keep the project on track.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketers, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
– Schedule and lead regular meetings to review project progress, address any issues or roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed.
– Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success, such as scope creep, resource constraints, or unforeseen obstacles, through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
– Monitor project progress against KPIs, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
– Analyze project data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**
– Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
– Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate clearly and promptly. It is a full-time position with at least 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**
– P35,000 to P40,000
