Digital Marketing Project Manager

Ignite Visibility is an award-winning digital marketing U.S. agency in San Diego, California. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This individual works with clients and our internal team to plan and execute marketing projects deliverables. This role requires a combination of project management skills and digital marketing expertise.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams in developing and maintaining marketing projects and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on project meetings.
• Organize with Strategists and Account Managers to create and maintain client call agendas.
• Send call agendas and call follow up notes with action items before and after client meetings
• Organized and maintain client agendas in Slack, Click to view, Google drive, and other tools.
• Send weekly cross-channel updates to clients.
• Manage and review client projects on Click to view. This includes:
o Review all items several time a week on Click to view
o Close complete items
o Follow up with internal teams on items that are behind
o Partner with the Omni Strategist on overall project fulfillment and ensure projects are progressing
• Perform secondary quality assurance review of client project deliverables

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ project management experience in a creative and/or advertising agency
• Digital marketing channel experience in Paid Media, Email, SEO, and creative or strong creative experience with excellent communication and analytics/reports skills
• Expert collaborator, able to engage and work well cross-functionally with internal teams (Analytics, Creative, SEO, Email, Social, and Web Development)
• Highly motivated with an open aptitude for growth and learning
• Has high positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly with others
• Expert verbal, and written communication skills in English
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
• Ability to work in US time zone such as Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, or Pacific Standard Time.
