Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with exceptional leadership and communication skills to oversee our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesion among our virtual/remote team members and driving efficiencies across our operations. This role is pivotal in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring high levels of engagement, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, especially in lead generation and digital strategy, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects to achieve ambitious goals. The project focus’s on a client with a small business looking to grow and effectively leverages our new outsourced team of marketing and customer service tacticians. Those roles include:
– Marketing Analyst who focus’s on production and SEO
– Virtual Assitant who works for dealership general manager and can channel information and ideas
– Video Editor who creates videos for all properties accross our website and social media, aids in social content creation
– Customer Service Rep who focuses on making calls and managing our CRM
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate the activities of our digital marketing team, including SEO, content creation, and video production, ensuring strategic alignment and brand cohesion.
– Conduct regular meetings to foster high levels of communication and engagement within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deadlines.
– Implement and oversee daily reporting mechanisms to track progress and results, ensuring transparency and accountability.
– Drive the adoption of best practices and technologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, especially in managing virtual/remote employees.
– Work closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating these into actionable digital marketing strategies.
– Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI and lead generation efforts.
– Foster an innovative and results-driven culture within the team, encouraging creativity, continuous learning, and performance improvement.
– Leads the goal setting process with the team
– Makes recommendations on staffing and people changes where applicable
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role, with a strong background in project management and team oversight.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
— Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
– Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive strategy.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
– Innovative and strategic thinker, with a track record of identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
