JOB DESCRIPTION – Digital Marketing Project Manager
Brief Description:
Orb Remote is looking for a dynamic digital marketing manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll develop and oversee the digital marketing strategies of our clients to ensure that their digital goals are met. You’ll also act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company.
To ensure success as a digital account manager, you should be able to implement complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner. Ultimately, a top-notch digital account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client’s digital needs.
What you’ll be doing:
Analyzing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules.
Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.
Conducting research on market trends and how to use social media for advertising.
Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
Using SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
Using content management systems and project management software.
Aligning digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Managing and improving all social media accounts.
Keeping abreast of all developments in digital marketing.
Use a data-driven approach for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of online marketing campaigns ensuring KPIs are on track.
Experience interpreting data and making strategic recommendations
Employee management and coaching of team members.
Support in the development of processes and systems for the team to use and continuously optimize
Use tools and software for efficient results, including MS Office, Trello, Confluence, Slack and other project management and communication tools
Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies and educate the team and agency
Who you are:

Confidence to take the lead and guide the team when necessary.
Be data literate, obsessing over metrics and reporting and using the numbers to direct decisions with insight and confidence

Proven track record and previous focus on client strategy, account growth and retention
5+ years of performance digital marketing experience in an agency or client-side digital marketing setting, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of results-driven performance marketing including customer lifecycles, marketing funnels, website experience, email campaigns, social media, paid ads, video, content and more.
Experience with web analytics and familiarity with analytics software
Direct-response/info-marketing experience a plus
A solutions-oriented and innovative thinker and problem solver
