THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst your role will be centred around gathering, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
– Gather data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
– Reporting key email metrics including recipients, deliverability, open rate, click through rate, and revenue generated
– Reporting on key Ads metrics
– Reporting across push campaigns (including recipients, deliverability, open rate, click through rate, and revenue generated)
– Reporting on new and existing funnels across various platforms (including traffic, conversions, clicks, downloads, email open rates etc)
– Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
– Populating weekly and monthly performance reports
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to digital marketing goals
– Monitor KPIs and alert the team of any significant changes or anomalies.
– Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
– Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts.
– Identify areas of underperformance and suggest corrective actions.
– Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports as needed for stakeholders.
– Provide timely data insights to support urgent marketing decisions.
Ideal Skills + Experience:
– 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar role, preferably within creative industries
– Experienced in the data tools and analytics listed in the responsibilities section
– Is happy to work in BST (UK time zone)
