THE ROLE: We’re on the hunt for skilled sales professionals or customer service experts who excel in engaging with customers via text on diverse social media platforms while representing brands. Your role will involve offering hands-on product support across these social media accounts, utilizing your sales acumen to enhance customer experiences.

** We are offering 5$ an hour PLUS 3% commission on ALL sales generated! **

Responsibilities:
– Authentically and effectively embody the brand’s essence in all interactions.
– Engage in comprehensive training on sales topics, demonstrating a readiness to embrace and adapt to evolving strategies.
– Skillfully manage high-pressure situations, sometimes engaging with 50 to 100 followers simultaneously.
– Build rapport and deepen follower engagement by establishing meaningful connections and offering tailored interactions.
– Drive sales through leveraging established relationships with followers.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales roles is highly preferred.
– Excellent proficiency in written English, including familiarity with contemporary slang.
– Capable of adapting conversational styles to connect with a wide-ranging audience effectively.
– Shows a keen eagerness for personal and professional development, with aspirations for career advancement.
