Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for improving the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure SEO that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications are effectively utilized to get out ideal customers contact us to use our services. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure our ideal customers contacts us.
Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
Manage website, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
Update all Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
Create ads for Facebook, Google etc.
Manage and improve social media
Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares reports.
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars.
Track lead source, conversions, closings, and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventory stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research database.
Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in constant company training, educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required (GPA of 3.5 or above)
Google Certified
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Facebook Ads
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
