Job Description

Are you a proactive, self-driven digital marketing maven with a knack for SEO and a passion for innovation? At the Law Office of Kevin A. Jones, we are a small law firm with plans of expansive growth. Our core purpose is to use the legal process to make a positive impact on as many human lives as we can. Our core focus is on helping people who have been wrongfully injured by someone else or wrongfully terminated from a job.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to spearhead growing our online presence. In our tech-forward environment, we value creativity, independence, and a results-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomously shaping digital strategies and who can dive in without extensive direction. With a small, collaborative team, we offer a unique opportunity for you to make a significant impact, bringing your expertise to the forefront of our digital initiatives. If you’re ready to take full ownership of a role and drive meaningful results in the legal field, we’re looking for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase our firm’s online presence and attract more clients.
• Manage and optimize our website, Youtube channels, and Google Business Profiles for search engines using current SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and develop a comprehensive content creation strategy (not necessarily creating the content), including Youtube videos, blogs, articles, and web page copy that aligns with our firm’s practice areas.
• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Create and execute link-building strategy.
• Change website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
• Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Create and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and use these insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO, and apply new techniques to our marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO, preferably in a law firm or similar professional service industry.
• Strong understanding of current SEO best practices, digital marketing tools, and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

We Offer:
• Flexible work schedule. We will need to meet virtually for an hour or so each week to discuss projects. Other than that, we don’t care when you work as long as the work gets done.
• Bi-weekly pay via PayPal.
• After completing a 90-day probationary period, you will be eligible to receive 13th Month pay.
• Annual raises.
• Opportunities for discretionary bonuses for superior performance.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
