POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Setter/closer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will generate new leads and close sales deals for our digital marketing services. You will play a key role in identifying potential prospects, initiating contact, building relationships, and ultimately driving the sales process to successful closure.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Develop and enhance the sales processes for high-value offerings within the trade and industry sectors
-Utilise effective phone-based sales techniques to engage prospects
-Successfully close high-value deals to optimise profitability and revenue
-Demonstrate significant experience in closing high-value transactions
-Proactively reach out to potential prospects to promote products/services
-Establish and nurture relationships while guiding leads through the sales cycle
-Showcase the value and advantages of digital marketing solutions
-Implement strong sales strategies and negotiation skills to finalise deals
-Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
-Maintain a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
-Adapt quickly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrate self-motivation, organisational skills, and a results-driven attitude
-Play a key role in business expansion and driving sales growth for the organisation
-Achieve sales targets and goals by initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, setting appointments, conducting product demonstrations or presentations, handling objections, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales deals
-Build and maintain relationships with customers
-Stay informed about products or services being sold
-Utilise sales techniques and strategies to effectively guide customers through the sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS

-At least 3 years of experience
-Proven track record in sales or business development
-Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
-Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
-Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
-Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of the digital marketing industry or willingness to learn
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
