We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing specialist to help drive our online growth, build a strong brand presence via Social Media and partnerships. We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing specialist to execute our marketing strategy through Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, email marketing, and nurturing partnerships. This is a part-time position with view to go full-time by the end of the year.

The Details
Location: Remote, work from home
Company Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Job Type: Part-Time 10 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time)
Salary: $5.50 USD per hour
Hours (in Philippine Time): Ideally 2 hours per day M-F somewhere between 2pm -8pm PHT (negotiable)

Responsibilities
3 main areas:

Social Media Marketing
Managing email marketing activities through Go High Level
Pursuing warm partnership opportunities

Social Media Experience
– Develop Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
– Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
– Create and Publish Content: Develop engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media. Schedule and publish this content across various platforms.
– Engage with Followers: Regularly interact with followers, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and popular content. Incorporate relevant trends into the social media strategy.
– Analyse and report on Performance: Track social media analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t. This includes follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, etc and regularly report it to the CEO.

Email marketing – through Go High Level
– Experienced in Go High Level platform: Navigate and utilise all the features of Go High Level, including automation, email marketing, funnel creation etc.
– Develop Email Marketing Strategy: Work with the CEO to formulate a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
– Segment Email Lists: Categorise the email list into distinct segments, such as customer persona, lifecycle stage, or past engagement for targeted communication.
– Create Email Campaigns: Design and set up email campaigns in Go High Level. This involves writing copy, designing the email layout, and configuring automation rules.
– Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly track the performance of email campaigns, generate insightful reports, and provide these findings to the team.
– Manage Email Database: Keep the email list in Go High Level up-to-date, ensuring all contact information is accurate.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Go High Level and email marketing in general, including email deliverability.

Secure Partnership Opportunities
– Work with CEO to follow up Collab opportunities, network build relationships and execute successful partnership opportunities.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
– A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing/
– At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian or European clients.
– Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and partnerships.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts.
– Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
– Eagerness to learn and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Experience with Canva
– Creative and clever design and copy.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
– Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
